SchoolTime SMS Gateway Integration

This service provides integration of a new SMS gateway service with SchoolTime. API must be provided by the SMS provider, and SchoolTime developers build the integration.

This is a one time fee for integration efforts and constitutes the capability to allow SchoolTime customers to send text SMS using credits from this integrated service. BI and reporting integration is out of scope of this service.
